Interview the client and ask: what are you goals and challenges, what did you need PULS to do and what suggestions do you have for PULS.

Involve all staff and technicians with our client’s goals and expectations and ask for suggestions on how to improve upon and exceed these goals.

Build measurement tools that are managed and improved by the employees, make changes to the program based upon the results and employee recommendations.
