Mr Robinson comes to PULS INC. with extensive experience in underground utility mapping, CADD expertise and supervisory roles. Prior to coming to the PULS INC., Mr. Robinson performed utility mapping for JFK International Airport, Newark International Airport, The Port Authority of New York and the city of Tucson Arizona.
