Scope: Provide on call utility locating services for maintenance, upgrade and construction projects throughout the campus.

Description: PULS is contracted to locate all public and private utilities within the campus in support of both University personnel and onsite contractors. PULS coordinates with facility maintenance staff, utility companies and engineering staff to ensure all utilities are located and mapped. PULS provides the client and contractors on site with a color-coded maps of the utilities, including detailed notes and descriptions of the utility investigations.

Scope: Marked all utilities on site in preparation for new building construction.

Description: PULS was contracted to locate all utilities at the site for a new multi-building construction project. PULS technicians Coordinated with the facility maintenance staff to ensure all utilities were located and mapped. PULS provided the client and contractors on site with a color-coded map of the utilities, including detailed notes and descriptions of the utility investigation.

Scope: Locate and map water system, perform test holes and CCTV inspections.

Description: PULS was contracted by the college to locate and map the school’s water system. In addition, PULS completed client directed test holes using vacuum excavation to verify location and condition of the water system pipes. PULS also completed CCTV inspections of the water mains during system upgrade and providing an indexed DVD record to the college. Upon completion of the locating and marking of the water system, PULS technicians mapped the water system using GPS. The college was provided with AutoCAD files of the entire water system.
